I’ve been coming to New England Flower Market ever since I opened my flower shop 9 months ago, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. Every single person on their team is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the florists they work with. Their flowers are always incredibly fresh because they’re constantly getting new shipments in, and if I ever happen to find a wilted stem in a bunch, they replace it without hesitation. As a newer florist, I’ve had plenty of moments where I wasn’t sure what I was doing, and they’ve always taken the time to answer my questions, guide me, and help me learn. That kind of support is priceless. I also have a habit of placing last-minute orders, and somehow they always find a way to accommodate me. Their customer service is truly unmatched. Ashley, the owner, is one of the hardest-working people I’ve met. She recently had a baby, and she’s still there—even on holidays—with her little one strapped to her chest, making sure everything runs smoothly. We used New England Flower Market for the florals for my son's wedding and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Not only were the flowers beautiful and fresh, but they also made the entire process so easy and affordable for our budget. Being able to rent their room to assemble and store our flowers in their cooler until the day of was incredibly helpful and convenient. The staff was friendly,knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent every step of the way-they were responsive, helpful,and made sure everything went smoothly. I honestly cannot recommend New England Flower Market enough. From the very first inquiry, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported. Tina was so friendly, responsive, and helpful right from the start, which immediately made the process feel less overwhelming. I rented the studio for the day, and Ashley, Jim, and Nikki were absolutely incredible. They struck the perfect balance of being available whenever I had questions or needed help, while also giving me the space to create and enjoy the experience. You can tell they truly care about the people who walk through their doors and want everyone to succeed. What stood out most to me was how invested they were in making sure I had the best possible experience — not just as a customer placing an order, but as someone they genuinely wanted to help. That level of kindness and customer service is rare these days. Whether you’re a professional florist or someone newer to the floral world, they create such a welcoming and supportive environment. We bought wedding flowers for my son and daughter in law’s January wedding and rented a room to assemble bouquets. Everyone was very helpful, they were able to get all of the flowers my DIL wanted, the flower formula was perfect. It was overall just a wonderful experience. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted for several days after the wedding.
